Job summary

The role develops production-ready AI solutions for information services, covering generative AI, natural language processing, and speech-to-text. Responsibilities include designing large language model and retrieval-augmented generation architectures, building APIs for transcription and content classification, evaluating model quality, and deploying solutions with containers, Kubernetes, and CI/CD. The work spans experimentation through production and involves collaboration with technical and editorial teams.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of significant experience in AI development, machine learning, or deep learning, including production deployments.
• Proficiency in Python and/or Node.js, SQL, large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Practical experience with Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD, and MLflow.
• Experience in natural language processing, speech transcription, and business API development.
• Fluent French.
• Able to work autonomously in uncertain contexts and explain technical topics to non-specialists.
• Cloud or hybrid environment experience is an advantage.
• Familiarity with agentic systems, Prometheus, and Grafana is an advantage.
• Media experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design architectures based on large language models.
• Implement retrieval-augmented generation systems using embeddings and vector databases.
• Develop and expose APIs for transcription, article and comment classification, search title optimization, and contextualization.
• Track experiments and evaluate model quality.
• Industrialize and deploy solutions using containers, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
