Job summary
The AI Practice Lead is responsible for building, scaling, and operating the AI services practice, focusing on strategy, customer engagement, and productization.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the AI practice strategy
- Build and manage a portfolio of AI services and solutions
- Establish pricing, packaging, and commercial models
- Own practice-level performance including revenue growth
- Lead customer workshops and advisory engagements
- Translate business challenges into scalable AI solutions
- Act as a trusted advisor on AI adoption and ROI
- Support sales efforts through pre-sales solutioning
- Design and deliver AI implementation engagements
- Build repeatable delivery frameworks and methodologies
- Develop on-demand service offerings
- Ensure delivery quality and measurable outcomes
- Develop and scale recurring AI service offerings
- Convert project-based work into long-term managed services
- Identify and onboard third-party AI platforms for resale
- Define and execute a resale and partner strategy
- Manage vendor relationships and pricing
- Lead structured R&D initiatives for emerging AI technologies
- Run experiments and internal prototypes
