DevOps Analyst Lead (IST/ePay)

Job summary

Leads secure, automated, and governed software releases for payment and financial services platforms in regulated and audited environments. The role builds and maintains CI/CD pipelines using Harness, Jenkins Pipelines, Ansible, and Python; manages change gates, security scan remediation, and software End-of-Life lifecycle tracking with Flexera; and guides team members on release, automation, and compliance matters.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building and managing pipelines with Harness, Jenkins Pipelines, and Ansible
• Strong Python scripting and automation skills
• Experience managing controlled releases in regulated and audited environments
• Experience with change gate processes and enterprise risk acceptance and mitigation
• Experience coordinating security scans and tracking remediation
• Hands-on experience with Flexera and software End-of-Life lifecycle management
• Payment or financial services platform experience is an advantage
• Familiarity with ServiceNow for change and incident management is an advantage
• Experience in PCI-regulated environments is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation using Harness, Jenkins Pipelines, Ansible, and Python
• Manage controlled releases and formal change gates in regulated and audited environments
• Coordinate security scans and track remediation to closure with security and risk teams
• Oversee software assets and End-of-Life lifecycle management using Flexera
• Guide and mentor team members
• Serve as an escalation point for release, automation, and compliance matters
