Job summary
The DevOps and Automation Engineer will work with the DevOps and Automation Manager to create and deliver the DevOps and Automation roadmap, focusing on agentic automation and ephemeral environments.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with IT Delivery Managers
- Prioritize project tasks
- Provide updates on project progress
- Develop installation and configuration documentation
- Create knowledge articles for the DevOps team
- Manage configuration, release, and environment
- Support technical deployments of databases and applications
- Drive agentic automation adoption
- Build Automation-as-a-Service solutions
- Enhance CI/CD pipelines
- Implement observability and monitoring solutions
- Integrate security into the SDLC
- Encourage continuous learning and innovation
- Coordinate planned outages and environment refreshes
