Qualifications

• Experience as a DevOps Automation Engineer in BFSI, Public Sector, or Telecom environments
• Strong experience with scripting, automation, and DevOps tools
• Experience supporting banking systems, government applications, OSS/BSS, billing, charging, or telecom platforms
• Experience with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and cloud platforms
• Understanding of governance, compliance, and security requirements
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale environments
• Knowledge of container and orchestration technologies
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Responsibilities

• Develop automation solutions for BFSI, Public Sector, and Telecom environments
• Support modernization initiatives for core banking, citizen services, OSS/BSS platforms, billing systems, charging platforms, and telecom platforms
• Design automated deployment, testing, and operational processes
• Support telecom infrastructure, customer platforms, network operations, and 5G environments
• Build Infrastructure as Code and configuration management solutions
• Implement monitoring and self-healing automation capabilities
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams
• Improve platform reliability and deployment efficiency
• Support governance, compliance, and security initiatives
• Drive continuous improvement and DevOps maturity programs
