Job summary

The DevOps Automation Engineer supports infrastructure automation and collaborates with various teams to standardize automation across environments, focusing on automation tools and governance to enhance operational efficiency and platform stability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum five years of experience in infrastructure, DevOps, or automation roles with strong hands-on experience in Ansible.
• Complete required training, including store training and harassment prevention training.
• Obtain a valid Food Handler’s Card within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and govern enterprise DevOps automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions.
• Serve as a technical authority for Ansible, including playbook design and orchestration workflows.
• Configure and govern Ansible Tower for secure access and reliable execution.
• Establish reusable automation patterns for infrastructure management.
• Embed automation into CI/CD pipelines and operational processes.
• Support Active Directory and Microsoft 365 automation and platform stability.
• Ensure compliance with security and governance requirements.
• Contribute to KPIs for automation coverage and operational efficiency.
• Identify manual interventions to improve operational excellence.
• Evaluate new tools to enhance automation maturity.
• Maintain documentation and reference architectures.
