Responsibilities

• Design and deploy telephony and contact center solutions based on AWS Connect and Genesys Cloud
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for deployment automation
• Integrate new AWS features into the telephony ecosystem
• Automate operational and administrative tasks using Infrastructure as Code tools
• Ensure supervision, performance, and availability of platforms
• Collaborate with infrastructure, network, security, and business teams
• Participate in testing, validation, and production phases
• Contribute to continuous improvement of DevOps processes and cloud best practices
