Responsibilities
- Design and deploy telephony and contact center solutions based on AWS Connect and Genesys Cloud.
- Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments.
- Integrate new AWS features into the telephony ecosystem.
- Automate operational and administrative tasks using Infrastructure as Code tools.
- Ensure supervision, performance, and availability of platforms.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, network, security, and business teams.
- Participate in testing, validation, and production phases.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of DevOps processes and cloud best practices.
