Job summary
Build and operate shared engineering foundations for financial-services AI, enabling teams to provision secure, governed cloud and data environments quickly and turn prototypes into deployable solutions. Design infrastructure-as-code blueprints, security and cost guardrails, solution catalogues, and CI/CD pipelines; measure adoption, provisioning time, cost, and reliability; and mentor engineers. Work with client teams to establish AI environments suited to their cloud, security, and regulatory constraints.

Qualifications
- 6-8+ years of platform, DevOps, or cloud engineering experience
- Experience building and operating infrastructure-as-code solutions and CI/CD pipelines
- Deep hands-on experience with at least one of AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud
- Experience administering Databricks or Snowflake
- Understanding of open-source technologies
- Strong security fundamentals across identity, secrets, and network isolation
- Practical understanding of cloud cost management
- Strong Python scripting skills
- Confidence with containers and orchestration
Responsibilities
- Design and operate self-service cloud and data-platform environments using infrastructure as code.
- Build security, identity, budget, data-egress, audit, and automatic-teardown guardrails.
- Create solution catalogues and packaging pipelines with automated testing and evaluation gates.
- Measure provisioning time, adoption, cost, and reliability to improve the platform.
- Develop engineering best practices, mentor colleagues, and support talent development.
- Embed with client teams to establish governed AI environments adapted to cloud, security, and regulatory constraints.
- Help clients design AI workload cost controls and operating models.
