Job summary
The DevOps Engineer designs, implements, and maintains cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure, using Terraform to manage infrastructure as code. The role automates provisioning, deployment, and monitoring; manages CI/CD pipelines and Docker and Kubernetes environments, including AKS; and improves the performance, security, availability, backups, logging, and observability of production systems in collaboration with development and systems teams.

Qualifications
- At least three years of experience in DevOps or cloud engineering.
- Strong experience with Azure virtual machines, networking, AKS, App Services, Storage, and IAM.
- Practical Terraform experience with modules, workspaces, variables, and pipeline integration.
- Experience with CI/CD and tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
- Fluent use of Git and version-control best practices.
- Residence in or availability to work in hybrid mode in Alicante.
- Monitoring and observability knowledge is desirable.
- Experience automating and optimizing DevOps processes is desirable.
- Cloud security knowledge is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure using Terraform.
- Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines.
- Automate infrastructure and application provisioning, deployment, and monitoring.
- Administer Docker and Kubernetes environments, including AKS.
- Monitor production environment performance, security, and availability.
- Collaborate with development and systems teams to improve the software lifecycle.
- Improve infrastructure-as-code, backup, logging, and monitoring strategies.
