Job summary

TESVOLT Energy is seeking a DevOps / Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to help build stable, secure, and scalable systems for their virtual power plant. The role involves actively shaping cloud infrastructure, developing Infrastructure as Code, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines. The ideal candidate will empower developer teams and contribute to the energy transition.

Qualifications

• Profound experience with modern cloud platforms and services
• Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform)
• Experience with CI/CD tools
• Familiarity with DevOps best practices such as GitOps, automation, observability, and cost optimization
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles
• Solid understanding of Business Continuity Management

Responsibilities

• Actively shape cloud infrastructure, from architecture to service evaluation and optimal solution selection for each use case
• Develop and operate Infrastructure as Code (e.g., with Terraform) in a modular, reusable, and future-proof manner
• Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines for fast, reliable, and secure deployments
• Embed cybersecurity across the entire stack, including Least-Privilege IAM, Secrets Management, network segmentation, vulnerability scanning, and compliance
• Take responsibility for Business Continuity Management, including backup strategies, disaster recovery, RTO/RPO targets, failover tests, and incident runbooks
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to provide self-service infrastructure and ensure stable, secure system operations
