Qualifications

• Over 12 years of experience in DevOps, CI/CD engineering, or platform engineering roles
• 3+ years of hands-on expertise specifically with the Harness Software Delivery Platform
• Strong practical experience in designing enterprise CI/CD pipelines
• Hands-on experience with Harness AI Agents

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of CI/CD pipelines using the Harness platform
• Architect and maintain end-to-end delivery workflows across Harness modules
• Implement and manage Harness Delegate installations, upgrades, image customizations, and integrations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scalable CI/CD patterns
• Drive application onboarding to Harness
• Integrate security scanners through Harness STO
• Leverage Harness AI Agents to automate pipeline triaging
• Develop and operationalize AI-powered automation patterns
• Drive adoption and implementation of additional Harness modules
• Conduct capability assessments and recommend architecture enhancements
• Establish standards for progressive delivery
• Support pre-sales and solutioning initiatives
• Develop and enhance reusable automation assets
• Configure and manage infrastructure required for pipeline execution
• Ensure adherence to security, performance, scalability, and quality best practices
• Mentor engineering teams and conduct enablement sessions
• Stay current with emerging Harness features and platform updates
