Job summary

The DevOps Consultant role involves analyzing client platforms and applications, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing end-to-end technical solutions. Key responsibilities include automating processes, designing installation and operational workflows, and ensuring continuous improvement in integration and documentation, utilizing technologies such as Kubernetes, Linux, and Windows within a regulated IT environment.

Qualifications

• Completed degree in (Business) Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Experience in consulting, planning, building, and operating applications on current technologies (Kubernetes, Linux, Windows) on cloud platforms
• Experience in regulated IT environments with DORA and regulatory requirements
• Strong IT knowledge in modern IT environments, especially in Continuous Delivery and Deployment, and DevOps practices
• Proficient in automation and implementation of applications and services using GitLab, Git-Ops, Ansible on Kubernetes, Linux, and Windows systems
• Comprehensive IT know-how and strong interest in networks, databases, and middleware
• Fluent in German and good English skills

• Analyze existing platforms and applications and new requirements
• Identify technical, regulatory, operational, and economic improvement potentials
• Develop and implement technical end-to-end solutions
• Design and implement installation, configuration, and operational workflows on modern platform and infrastructure components
• Automate processes based on economic and technical criteria
• Implement using agile methodologies in collaboration with clients
• Continuously improve integration, processes, and documentation
