Responsibilities

• Coordinate with DevOps teams to track project progress and timelines
• Prioritize development efforts based on business needs and customer commitments
• Provide status updates and project visibility to management
• Communicate with customers regarding project status and timelines
• Manage escalated customer issues and project requests
• Monitor development workloads and identify risks and bottlenecks
• Facilitate communication between DevOps, Support, and internal teams
• Track action items and project deliverables
