Job summary

Der DevOps Delivery Manager verantwortet die fachliche, technische und organisatorische Weiterentwicklung einer komplexen Softwareanwendung im Transport- und Logistikumfeld. Die Rolle umfasst Anforderungsanalyse, Product Backlog und Roadmap Management, Priorisierung, Stakeholder- und Risikomanagement sowie Reviews und fachliche Abnahmen von Releases. Dabei werden User Stories aus komplexen Anforderungen abgeleitet und Domain Driven Design (DDD) zur domänenorientierten Strukturierung eingesetzt.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience as a Technical Project Manager or Delivery Lead for complex software applications
• Practical experience creating and maintaining product backlogs
• Practical experience writing user stories from complex business requirements
• Demonstrable understanding of Domain Driven Design for structuring domain requirements
• Practical risk management experience in a product ownership context
• Practical experience prioritizing requirements according to defined criteria
• Practical experience creating and maintaining product roadmaps
• Project management certification
• Strong stakeholder communication and facilitation skills
• Practical experience conducting functional acceptance and reviews of releases or features

Responsibilities

• Lead the functional, technical, and organizational development of the application
• Create, maintain, and update the implementation roadmap
• Analyze, evaluate, and specify functional and technical requirements with business teams and stakeholders
• Create and maintain the product backlog and prioritize requirements using functional, technical, and economic criteria
• Conduct reviews and functional acceptance of new features and releases
• Manage stakeholders and risks
• Align stakeholders on goals, requirements, and priorities
• Monitor product progress and communicate status, priorities, and decisions
• Contribute to the development of agile ways of working
