The DevOps Delivery Project Manager & Scrum Master is an individual contributor position overseeing enterprise-scale data analytics and software engineering initiatives. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical field
- Master’s degree preferred
- 5+ years managing Agile or DevOps software delivery projects in enterprise environments
- 7+ years of Scrum Master experience, preferably with GitHub Enterprise or similar tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps workflows
- Experience with backlog management, sprint reporting, and tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Familiarity with CI/CD automation, including GitHub Actions, Terraform, Helm, and ArgoCD
- Proven ability to manage repository governance, branching strategies, and compliance requirements
- English proficiency required
Responsibilities
- Accountable for end-to-end sprint planning, backlog management, and on-time delivery of DevOps software deliverables
- Lead Agile project delivery, including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope
- Serve as Scrum Master for DevOps engineering squads, coaching teams on Agile best practices and process improvements
- Manage repository governance, branch policies, pull request workflows, and overall CI/CD compliance across the development organization
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Subject Matter Experts to align engineering priorities with business objectives
- Monitor sprint metrics, track progress, and provide transparent reporting to stakeholders
- Support cross-functional teams, including software QA, Software Architecture, and Site Reliability Engineering, to ensure release readiness and change management
- Drive standardization and consistency in DevOps practices, workflows, and enterprise tooling
- Document processes, workflows, and governance procedures to maintain compliance with organizational standards
