DevOps Development Engineer

Job summary

The DevOps Development Engineer role involves building and automating cloud infrastructure to facilitate application modernization within an Agile team. Responsibilities include configuring, developing, testing, and integrating cloud solutions, primarily using Microsoft Azure, Terraform, and Azure DevOps, while enhancing automation, resilience, and security of systems.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with cloud platform operations, preferably Microsoft Azure
• Experience with AWS or comparable cloud platforms
• Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform, Bicep, or Ansible
• Automation and scripting skills in PowerShell
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, and Git
• Software development experience
• Familiarity with DevOps and Agile practices
• Knowledge of Windows, networking, and identity services
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Python, Linux, Jenkins, and SQL Server is desirable
