Qualifications
- 3+ years in Developer Relations, Advocacy, Technical Training, or Writing with a DevOps focus
- Understanding of modern DevOps concepts including CI/CD pipelines and Docker
- Experience with generative AI tools for development and documentation
- Portfolio showcasing technical writing and video creation
- Outstanding communication skills with a service-oriented mindset
- Experience with static site generators or Markdown is a plus
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain structured onboarding journeys and self-service portals for developer teams
- Author clear technical documentation and release notes using Markdown
- Script and edit engaging video tutorials for DevOps tools
- Champion adoption of AI-assisted engineering tools like GitHub Copilot
- Host live training sessions and facilitate workshops
- Translate developer feedback into actionable requirements
