Job summary
The DevOps Engineer designs, documents, deploys, and diagnoses cloud and distributed services for restaurant commerce and management applications, while providing escalation support to customer service, operations, and development teams. The role supports AI-enabled software development and helps maintain 24/7 application stacks using cloud platforms, containers, monitoring tools, REST services, databases, and CI/CD systems.
Qualifications
- Experience structuring and deploying cloud microservices with AWS, Docker, and Linux.
- Experience designing service and database vertical and horizontal scaling.
- Experience monitoring services with CloudWatch, Elasticsearch, OTEL, OpenObserve, or Sentry.
- Experience deploying Windows 10/11 UWP/MAUI applications and supporting OS servicing.
- Experience managing REST-based services and clients.
- Experience with database-connected .NET Framework applications.
- Familiarity with C#, JavaScript, Python, and white-box debugging.
- Experience testing APIs with Postman, JMeter, Karate, or Insomnia.
- Experience with Gitflow and CI/CD environments supporting 24/7 application stacks.
- Experience in a product company or product-oriented software development.
Responsibilities
