Job summary

The DevOps Engineer II is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting automation, deployment, monitoring, and operational reliability across cloud and hosted application environments. This mid-level position requires collaboration with various teams to enhance continuous integration and delivery processes while applying AI to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• FBI Background Check Required
• Professional experience in DevOps or related engineering discipline.
• Working knowledge of DevOps concepts including CI/CD and automation.
• Experience with Linux and/or Windows administration and troubleshooting.
• Practical experience with containers and operational support processes.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration across teams.
• Demonstrated accountability and commitment to operational excellence.
• Ability to use AI-enabled tools to improve productivity and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own and support software delivery activities across multiple applications and infrastructure environments.
• Design, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines for applications.
• Provision, configure, and maintain infrastructure using automation and infrastructure as code.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and infrastructure issues.
• Monitor system health and implement improvements in reliability and performance.
• Contribute to standardization of engineering practices and operational runbooks.
• Collaborate with engineering, support, operations, and security teams.
• Apply security and compliance standards in engineering activities.
• Participate in operational support and on-call activities.
• Provide guidance to junior engineers through knowledge sharing.
