Devops Engineer

Job summary

The DevOps Engineer builds and maintains scalable Azure infrastructure and an internal platform supporting a SaaS product used by more than 1,800 client companies, 2.5 million registered users, and 30,000 daily active users. The role automates infrastructure provisioning and deployments, strengthens security, performance, monitoring, and reliability, and partners with engineering teams to provide developer-ready tools and advance platform engineering practices.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
• Experience running systems in production.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or GitOps.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Working proficiency in English at B2 level or equivalent.
• Experience in a technology or SaaS company is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Automate infrastructure provisioning and management with Terraform, Ansible, and Helm.
• Automate application, configuration, and infrastructure deployments.
• Manage and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Improve system security and compliance.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve stability and availability.
• Participate in on-call rotations, manage incidents, and conduct post-mortems.
• Build and improve internal platform tools and templates for engineering teams.
• Improve monitoring and load testing.
• Collaborate with engineering squads to improve DevOps practices and developer workflows.
• Contribute to decisions on platform performance and reliability.
• Define and promote DevOps best practices across the R&D team.
