DevOps Engineer – Ansible / Jenkins / Python / Bash (H/F) (IT) / Freelance

Job summary

The DevOps Engineer improves deployment reliability, operational efficiency, and automation practices in collaboration with Architecture, Development, and Integration teams. The role maintains Ansible playbooks and Jenkins CI/CD pipelines, develops Bash and Python scripts, uses generative AI and prompt engineering to optimize workflows, tracks activities in Jira, and may contribute to AWS cloud infrastructure.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in DevOps or automation.
• Strong Ansible playbook and role development, maintenance, and optimization skills.
• Confirmed experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Good Bash and Python scripting and automation skills.
• Experience with generative AI tools and effective prompt writing.
• Experience tracking tasks and collaborating across teams.
• Fluent English.
• AWS knowledge is an advantage but is not required.

• Develop and maintain Bash and Python scripts for operational automation.

• Promote DevOps best practices and continuous improvement.
• Contribute as needed to the management and evolution of AWS cloud infrastructure.
