Job summary
The DevOps Engineer role focuses on automating and managing infrastructure to support Python applications, ensuring efficient operations through Infrastructure as Code with Ansible. Qualifications
- Completed IT training, degree, or proven experience in DevOps, SRE, or Linux system engineering
- Practical experience in automation with Ansible or similar
- Strong knowledge of Linux environments, Bash scripting, and understanding of bash/Python
- Solid experience with Docker and especially Docker-Compose
- Experience in handling tickets (2nd/3rd Level) and using ITSM tools
- Experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
Responsibilities
- Drive Infrastructure as Code
- Automate configuration management and deployment with Ansible
- Serve as a central point for technical inquiries
- Process, coordinate, and resolve service requests and tickets (2nd/3rd Level) using ITSM tools
- Manage the container stack with appropriate tools
- Develop and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines
- Administer Linux servers and monitor system health with Prometheus, Grafana, and Greylog
- Support the operation of Docker-based applications
