Job summary
Deutsche Rentenversicherung is seeking a DevOps Engineer to coordinate and implement complex system adjustments, ensuring the functionality of the BMC Helix ITSM platform.
Qualifications
- Completed higher education in IT or equivalent qualification
- Several years of relevant professional experience
- Strong knowledge and experience in BMC Helix ITSM platform administration
- Fluent in German
- Knowledge of ITIL is desirable
- Experience in container-based deployment of BMC Helix and BMC Digital Workplace Advanced is a plus
- High customer orientation and teamwork skills
- Strong communication skills
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and implement complex system adjustments
- Ensure functionality of BMC Helix ITSM platform
- Analyze complex error configurations
