DevOps Engineer

Job summary

Designs and evolves cloud and automation platforms that support product and service delivery, providing secure, scalable, and resilient DevOps capabilities. The role partners with development teams, administers Jenkins, GitLab, JFrog, and Chef, and automates CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure provisioning, and deployments. It also supports global-scale systems using containers, microservices, and distributed architectures.

Qualifications

• Five to eight years of experience with DevOps toolsets.
• Experience administering Jenkins, GitLab, JFrog, and Chef.
• Hands-on experience with AWS; Azure or GCP experience is a plus.
• Experience with Terraform, Jenkins, Chef, Docker, and JFrog; Kubernetes proficiency is beneficial.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, Git, configuration management, and monitoring.
• Proficiency in Python, GoLang, or Shell.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Analytical and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and evolve the DevOps platform supporting product and service delivery.
• Administer Jenkins, GitLab, JFrog, and Chef, including user management, backups, and upgrades.
• Gather requirements from development teams and implement secure, scalable solutions.
• Develop automation frameworks and scripts for CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure provisioning, and deployments.
• Promote best practices for software delivery, configuration management, release processes, and observability.
• Support global-scale systems using modern networking, distributed architectures, containers, and microservices.
• Collaborate across teams to support security compliance and continuous improvement.
