Job summary

The DevOps Engineer - Build & CI/CD role is essential for developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines that ensure the efficient integration and delivery of embedded software. Responsibilities include implementing DevOps best practices, managing Docker-based build environments, and collaborating with development teams to enhance build tools and infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Build, or Release Engineering role
• Experience in embedded software development project(s)
• Solid experience with build systems such as Bazel, CMake, etc.
• Hands-on experience with scripting languages such as Python, Shell, and Bash
• Strong experience with CI/CD toolchains such as Jenkins, Gerrit, GitLab, Artifactory, and Docker
• Solid understanding of containerization technologies like Docker
• Familiarity with Linux systems and command-line interfaces
• Good understanding of Software Engineering & Integration best practices for embedded software development
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code and a strong desire for automation
• Excellent communication skills in English

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
• Implement and champion DevOps and Software Integration best practices
• Monitor builds in CI systems
• Design and develop automation tools
• Manage and improve containerized build environments using Docker
• Implement new build configurations
