Job summary
Cap*** is seeking a DevOps Engineer to support the development, automation, deployment, and monitoring of enterprise applications across cloud and hybrid environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 4+ years (DevOps Engineer) or 7+ years (Senior DevOps Engineer) of DevOps, Platform Engineering, or related experience.
- Hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, or equivalent CI/CD platforms.
- Strong AWS experience including S3, SQS, SNS, Lambda, SageMaker, DynamoDB, and Redshift.
- Proficiency in Python, Git, pytest, and Java.
- Experience with application monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace.
- Strong troubleshooting, automation, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, or similar tools.
- Develop and support cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services such as S3, SQS, SNS, Lambda, SageMaker, DynamoDB, and Redshift.
- Build automation scripts and deployment solutions using Python.
- Support application development teams with source control, testing, and release management processes.
- Monitor application health, performance, and reliability using Splunk and/or Dynatrace.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and security teams to improve system stability and delivery efficiency.
- Evaluate and leverage AI-assisted tools to enhance engineering productivity.
