DevOps Engineer - Certificate Services (m/w/d)

Job summary

Seeking a DevOps Engineer - Certificate Services in Berlin to automate critical IT workflows and manage the lifecycle of certification authorities and related systems.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in PKI, certificates, and hardware security modules
• Proficient in Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Windows Server, and Kubernetes
• Experience in scripting and programming languages (Bash, Python, Java, Go)
• Knowledge in CI/CD pipeline design, implementation, and complex infrastructure deployment
• Experience with high-availability LDAP systems and PKI system administration
• Strong problem-solving skills and structured working style, fluent in German and English (min. B2)

Responsibilities

• Automate critical IT workflows and operational processes
• Design, build, and operate highly available Certification Authority systems in cloud environments
• Manage the lifecycle of CAs, certificates, and smartcards
• Ensure secure administration and stable operation of complex infrastructures
• Identify and implement automation potentials using DevOps and CI/CD methods
• Provide technological consulting and support for DevOps structures
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and maintain technical documentation
