Job summary

The DevOps Engineer is responsible for supporting and evolving the AWS-based infrastructure, Kubernetes platforms, and CI/CD tooling, focusing on infrastructure automation, cloud operations, and platform reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience in a DevOps, platform engineering, or cloud infrastructure role
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services
• Experience managing Kubernetes clusters in production environments
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform
• Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals
• Security-conscious approach to infrastructure design and operations

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure
• Manage and improve Kubernetes platforms
• Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines
• Monitor platform health and performance
• Automate operational processes
• Implement and maintain cloud security best practices
• Support development teams with platform tooling
• Manage container image pipelines
• Maintain documentation of infrastructure and processes
• Contribute to cost monitoring and optimisation
