Qualifications
- More than 5 years of experience in Cloud, DevOps, and database platforms
- Experience leading technical initiatives or DevOps teams
- Experience working in agile environments
- Knowledge of the SAFe framework
- Fluent English (mandatory)
Responsibilities
- Act as the technical lead of the team
- Lead the evolution and operation of database platforms in Azure and AWS
- Design and implement automation and Infrastructure as Code solutions
- Define, design, and optimize CI/CD pipelines
- Lead database migration projects from on-premise or cloud environments
- Ensure security, availability, recovery, and performance of platforms
- Technically coordinate the DevOps team
- Collaborate with architects, stakeholders, and client database teams
- Promote technical documentation and knowledge transfer
- Encourage best practices in development, automation, DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and cloud operations
- Participate in defining and estimating technical requirements
