DevOps Engineer

Job summary

Corpay is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join their Buyatab division in Vancouver, Canada. The role involves collaborating with Agile development teams to build scalable eCommerce solutions and requires expertise in AWS infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 3–5 years in Agile software development
• 3–5 years building and supporting AWS infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with AWS services and infrastructure-as-code tools
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and AWS CodePipeline
• Practical experience with Git and Docker
• Understanding of networking concepts and server administration
• Experience with scripting languages like PowerShell and Python
• Familiarity with automation and configuration management tools

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and deploy AWS infrastructure changes
• Work closely with software development teams to design and support AWS-based infrastructure
• Support and enhance CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define infrastructure and operational requirements
• Monitor and address infrastructure issues
• Contribute to infrastructure standards and documentation
