Job summary
Build and operate scalable AWS infrastructure for an AI-powered legal practice productivity platform, supporting development and quality engineering teams while collaborating with InfoSec. The role includes deploying infrastructure as code with CloudFormation, monitoring and troubleshooting production services using Datadog and CloudWatch, and participating in a weekly out-of-hours on-call rotation. It also offers exposure to AWS AI infrastructure, including Bedrock and AgentCore.

Qualifications
- At least three years in a DevOps, platform, SRE, cloud, or infrastructure role.
- Hands-on experience running production workloads on AWS.
- Working knowledge of AWS compute, storage, networking, and IAM.
- Experience with CloudFormation and infrastructure as code.
- Python scripting skills.
- Experience with Git and pull request workflows.
- Understanding of containers and Linux fundamentals.
- Networking knowledge, including VPCs, subnets, routing, DNS, and security groups.
- Ability to troubleshoot using logs and metrics and communicate findings clearly.
- AWS certification is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Build and deploy AWS resources with CloudFormation.
- Use the in-house deployment orchestrator for ECS services, Lambda functions, CloudFront distributions, and custom pipelines.
- Monitor, alert on, and log platform activity using Datadog and CloudWatch.
- Participate in a weekly out-of-hours on-call rotation.
- Collaborate with developers, quality engineers, and InfoSec.
- Troubleshoot application issues with development teams.
- Use Jira, Bitbucket, and Jira Service Management.
