Devops Engineer

Job summary

Build and operate cloud platforms and deployment services for integration services, APIs, and microservices across Azure, AWS, or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. The role manages CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes or OpenShift environments, automates provisioning with Infrastructure as Code, and supports monitoring, incident resolution, recovery, and production stability across development, testing, and production environments.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in DevOps, cloud operations, Site Reliability Engineering, or platform engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab.
• Experience with Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, and container orchestration.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Knowledge of API platforms, microservices, Kafka, and integration middleware.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, ELK, Prometheus, or Grafana.
• Understanding of cloud security, identity and access management, networking, and operational resilience.
• Banking or financial services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for integration services, APIs, and microservices.
• Deploy and operate cloud infrastructure across Azure, AWS, or OCI.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment using Infrastructure as Code.
• Manage Kubernetes and OpenShift platforms and automate application deployments.
• Monitor platform health, availability, performance, and security.
• Prepare and maintain development, SIT, UAT, performance testing, and production environments.
• Implement logging, observability, backup, recovery, and disaster recovery capabilities.
• Collaborate with architecture, development, infrastructure, security, and cloud teams.
• Resolve incidents, perform root cause analysis, optimize platforms, and improve production stability.
