Job summary

Seeking a (Senior) DevOps Engineer in Berlin to automate IT processes, manage CI/CD pipelines, and evaluate new technologies. The role involves technical consultation for product and software engineering teams and leading internal projects.

Qualifications

• Successfully completed university degree or comparable education in Computer Science.
• Relevant professional experience in the IT field.
• Expertise in Docker and Kubernetes.
• Practical experience with Red Hat OpenShift or K3S is ideal.
• Experience in software development and automation, specifically in DevOps environments.
• Experience in administering Windows, Linux, and/or MacOS systems.
• Analytical and service-oriented work approach.
• Enjoy working in agile teams (Scrum, Kanban).
• Good moderation, presentation, and communication skills for complex technical matters.
• Good English language skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Automate IT processes including Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, and Continuous Deployment.
• Perform administration and configuration tasks.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Evaluate new technologies and pursue continuous professional development.
• Develop Managed Services to streamline development and operational processes.
• Provide technical and technological consulting to Product Owner and Software Engineering teams for product and project requirements.
• Communicate and convey technologies within the company.
• Plan and support internal projects, potentially assuming technical and organizational project or sub-project responsibility.
