Job summary
Engelhart is seeking a DevOps Engineer to design, secure, and scale their hybrid energy trading infrastructure, bridging algorithmic trading desks and core operations.
Qualifications
- Experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Infrastructure Engineering with AWS expertise
- Experience with Linux, Containers, and related technologies
- Expertise in Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform and AWS CDK
- Proficiency with SQL Server, MySQL, and Amazon Aurora
- Strong skills in Python, Bash, Terraform, and AWS CDK
- Excellent written communication and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable environments in AWS and Azure
- Establish observability through logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines with automated testing and security scanning
- Manage CI/CD system and deploy pipelines
- Lead DevSecOps initiatives including infrastructure hardening and compliance automation
- Assist with containerizing applications and managing orchestration
- Collaborate with international team members for performance across the application stack
- Establish DevOps best practices and processes
