DevOps Engineer

Job summary

As a DevOps Engineer, you will collaborate within a platform team at the Integration Competence Center, focusing on the management and development of the Event-Streaming Service (ESD) and the Tax Authority Schema Store (BSS). Key responsibilities include maintaining the ESD on OpenShift, supporting user requests, and developing the BSS as an independent service, utilizing technologies such as Apache Kafka, Strimzi, Java, and Apicurio.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in setting up, configuring, and troubleshooting an OpenShift/Kubernetes platform
• Knowledge and experience in platform monitoring and logging
• Experience with Apache Kafka
• Experience with Apicurio
• Experience with automated testing
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• 5 years of experience in Java

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the Event-Streaming Service (ESD) on OpenShift
• Add customer requests and support new users
• Develop and expand the Tax Authority Schema Store (BSS) as an independent service
• Collaborate within the ICC platform team and contribute to team formation
• Work with Apache Kafka, Strimzi, OpenShift, Java, and Apicurio
