Job summary

The role focuses on the development, operation, and enhancement of eGov applications, involving the analysis, design, and implementation of complex IT solutions with multiple interfaces. Qualifications

• Several years of experience in developing Java-based applications (Backend & Frontend / Fullstack)
• Experience in application management and operation and enhancement of software solutions
• Knowledge of agile methods (Scrum) and ideally HERMES and ITIL
• Structured, solution-oriented, and implementation-focused personality with high responsibility and quality awareness
• Enjoyment in collaboration with departments and customer-oriented thinking and action
• Very good active knowledge of at least one official language in spoken and written form and passive knowledge of a second official language

Responsibilities

• Develop, operate, and enhance eGov applications including analysis, design, and implementation of complex IT solutions with numerous interfaces
• Implement and shape software architecture, ensuring code quality, security requirements, and compliance with architectural guidelines
• Develop and verify software systems, components, and interfaces, integrating them into existing system landscapes
• Contribute to incident, release, configuration, and lifecycle management (2nd/3rd-level support) to ensure stable operations
• Lead IT sub-projects, technical coordination, and provide guidance to external partners while mentoring trainees
