• Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable master's level qualification
• Several years of experience in the DevOps environment
• Solid experience in configuration management, especially with Ansible
• Strong knowledge in administering Linux-based server environments
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, particularly GitLab CI
• Proficient in container and orchestration technologies
• Knowledge of Python and shell scripting
• Desirable programming skills in a systems programming language
• Experience in performance and load testing
• Experience with learning management systems
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Build, operate, and develop learning platforms with a focus on Moodle
• Automate deployment, testing, and operational processes using CI/CD pipelines
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of learning systems
• Plan and implement cloud and on-premise infrastructures for e-learning platforms
• Manage and continuously develop container environments
• Ensure stable platform operation through effective monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting
• Support IT security and data protection requirements
• Collaborate closely with development, IT operations, and departments
• Engage in second-level support for the e-learning management system
