Job summary
Future Secure AI is seeking a DevOps and Infrastructure engineer to enhance the reliability, observability, and automation of their production platforms.
Qualifications
- Strong experience with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code
- Hands-on experience with observability
- Strong scripting and automation skills
- Experience with production incident response and on-call environments
- Structured approach to troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues
- Experience introducing monitoring and observability into systems
Responsibilities
- Own observability and alerting across production platforms
- Deliver and own Classic monitoring retrofit
- Own infrastructure reliability
- Support CI/CD and deployment
- Lead infrastructure incident response
- Participate in primary on-call rotation
- Build automation and tooling to reduce operational work
- Implement and operate integrations across Jira Service Management, Confluence, and Opsgenie
- Contribute to security and infrastructure hardening
- Create and maintain runbooks
