Job summary
The DevOps Engineer takes Hastus into IT operations and is responsible for its daily application management, stability, and continuity as a critical public transport planning system. The role connects Planning, business stakeholders, and IT, establishing management processes and overseeing monitoring, documentation, incident handling, supplier agreements, knowledge transfer, and system integrations. The scope may later expand to other planning applications, including Maximo, EBS, ITCS, MobilePlan, and KAR.

Qualifications
- Experience in application management, functional management, or a comparable DevOps role
- Experience managing applications in a complex environment with multiple integrated systems
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for daily operations and service continuity
- Ability to connect business needs with IT and communicate with varied stakeholders
- Analytical approach to understanding complex applications, processes, and integrations
- Experience with Hastus or comparable planning systems is an advantage
- Affinity with IT and the business processes supported by applications
Responsibilities
- Take Hastus into IT operations and manage its ongoing service and continuity
- Establish and document application management processes, monitoring, and procedures
- Manage documentation, incidents, supplier agreements, and knowledge transfer
- Oversee application integrations, dependencies, disruptions, and operational issues
- Strengthen collaboration between Planning, business stakeholders, and IT
