DevOps Engineer- ID Management (m/w/d)

Job summary

DevOps Engineer - ID Management (m/w/d) for the Berlin location. This role involves the conception, planning, operation, and further development of identity and authorization infrastructure, as well as the development of workflows within the identity management system. The successful candidate will also be responsible for analyzing and resolving IT disruptions and service requests.

Qualifications

• Completed university degree in computer science or comparable education.
• Advanced knowledge and experience with Identity Management applications (SAP IDM) and development in these environments.
• Experience as a developer or DevOps Engineer with a focus on Java and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of database management systems (SQL and others).
• Basic knowledge of API architectures (REST), interface management (e.g., SAP ABAP system connections), Active Directory/LDAP directory services, and HTML5/CSS.
• Team player with an analytical, service-oriented approach.
• Demonstrable German language skills (minimum B2 level).

Responsibilities

• Conceive, plan, operate, and further develop identity and authorization infrastructure.
• Develop and enhance workflows in the identity management system.
• Co-responsible for ID management processes.
• Provide consultation for product and project requirements.
• Document work results.
• Independently analyze and resolve IT disruptions and service requests (2nd-level ticket support).
• Derive improvements for internal technical processes to proactively reduce incidents and improve service request handling.
