Job summary
Supports mission-critical intelligence community enterprise products by maintaining legacy and new systems and enabling reliable software development and production operations in an Agile SAFe environment. The role manages AWS DevOps infrastructure and build environments, automates deployments and operational processes, defines CI/CD practices, and troubleshoots development, test, and production systems using tools including GitHub, Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, and Katalon Studio.
Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
- Master's degree and at least 15 years of relevant experience; additional experience may substitute for a degree.
- Experience setting up at least one of GitHub, Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, or Katalon Studio.
- Experience troubleshooting at least two of GitHub, Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, or Katalon Studio.
- Experience working on a software development team and supporting developers.
- Experience with container orchestration using Docker, Vagrant, Kubernetes, or AWS ECS/ECR.
- Experience with Java, Python, JavaScript, Ruby, PHP, or Unix shell scripting.
- Experience with Ansible or Puppet.
Responsibilities
- Support software deployments, cloud infrastructure baselines, and production system availability.
- Build, configure, administer, operate, and maintain DevOps environment components.
- Define enterprise CI/CD processes and best practices.
- Establish DevOps best practices across the enterprise.
- Develop and maintain scripts to automate tool deployment to AWS and other operational tasks.
- Script and maintain build environments.
- Integrate project products into the DevOps environment.
