DevOps Engineer II

Job summary

The DevOps Engineer II will develop and execute Development Operations to ensure quality software deployments and configuration changes, collaborating with business stakeholders and contributing to process improvements in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge in WorkForce Management modules for payroll and time and attendance
• Technical knowledge to work with integration teams and third-party vendors
• In-depth knowledge of union contracts and payroll life cycle
• Excellent written and verbal communication with focus on documentation

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Development Operations for quality software deployments
• Build, maintain, and support integrations using APIs, ETL, Boomi, and file-based interfaces
• Execute configuration updates and system changes within WorkForce Management systems
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and support solution design
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues for operational stability
• Configure and maintain business processes and integrations
• Support system upgrades, testing cycles, and release activities
• Maintain technical documentation and user guides
• Prioritize and resolve support requests for user experience
• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives
• Participate in WorkForce Management releases and validate impacts
• Solve problems using established tools and practices
• Work independently on assigned tasks with general guidance
• Contribute to team deliverables and continuous improvement efforts
