DevOps Engineer II

Job summary

SBS is seeking a DevOps Engineer to enhance the reliability, scalability, and security of their Digital Engagement products and AI Platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or related role
• Hands-on experience with AWS
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Scripting or programming skills in a modern language
• Experience with monitoring and performance tuning
• Ability to troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues
• Understanding of software quality and security principles
• Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Design, build, maintain, and improve cloud and containerized infrastructure
• Define, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines
• Contribute to infrastructure-as-code and deployment automation
• Support Kubernetes-based workloads and high-availability services
• Establish monitoring, logging, alerting, and performance management practices
• Collaborate with software engineers and product teams
• Shape infrastructure strategy and operational tooling
• Introduce new tools and practices
