DevOps Engineer

Job summary

Indica Labs is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join their Infrastructure team, focusing on modernizing the CI/CD pipeline and supporting Software Quality Assurance environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Three years of experience as a DevOps Engineer
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and best practices
• Proficiency in PowerShell and other scripting languages
• Intermediate security and networking knowledge
• Hands-on AWS experience (EC2, S3, ECS, IAM)
• Experience applying best practices to build environments
• Understanding of AI and AI coding assistants
• Experience with Windows and Linux environments
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Maintain and modernize the Jenkins-based CI/CD pipeline
• Lead migration of the CI/CD pipeline to AWS
• Maintain build servers and related infrastructure
• Diagnose and resolve build and deployment issues
• Integrate static analysis tools and automated tests into the pipeline
• Provision and maintain Software Quality Assurance test environments
• Deploy software into SQA environments and troubleshoot issues
• Collaborate with development teams and SQA on best practices
