Job summary

Optimize and manage the AI platform based on Kubernetes, ensuring availability, performance, and scalability.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in operating cloud-native systems in a production environment.
• Good knowledge of Kubernetes, including Pods, Deployments, Services, and Ingress.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, particularly Terraform.
• Proficient in using Helm for versioned releases.
• Experience with GitOps, Pull Requests, and Drift Detection.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging stacks like Prometheus and Grafana.
• Basic understanding of Kubernetes security, including RBAC and Network Policies.
• Structured and pragmatic work approach.
• Good German language skills (minimum C1 level).

Responsibilities

• Operate and optimize the AI platform based on Kubernetes.
• Ensure availability, performance, and scalability of the platform.
• Automate infrastructure and deployments with Terraform, Helm, and GitOps.
• Further develop the platform, including Ingress, certificates, and repository structures.
• Enhance monitoring and evaluations with Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and Alertmanager.
• Support the rollout of new AI applications and assist with technical questions.
• Plan capacities in advance and respond to incidents in a structured manner.
• Implement security guidelines, including RBAC and Network Policies.
