Job summary
The DevOps Engineer L3 role at Wipro Ireland involves working with application teams to enhance coordination among operations, development, and testing through automation and streamlining of integration and deployment processes.
Responsibilities
- Align and focus on continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD)
- Plan and execute the DevOps pipeline across the DevOps toolchain
- Manage IT infrastructure as per software code requirements
- On-board applications on the DevOps tool and configure as needed
- Create user access workflows and provide access as per process
- Build and engineer the DevOps tool as per client customization
- Collaborate with development staff for coding and scripting
- Leverage tools to automate testing and deployment
- Provide customer support on DevOps tools
- Support internal and external customers on multiple platforms
- Resolve tickets raised on tools within specified TAT
- Ensure customer satisfaction with adequate resolution
- Follow escalation process for complicated resolutions
- Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis of issues
