Job summary

Qualifications
- Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
- 5-8 years experience
Responsibilities
- Resolve work orders and perform ad hoc testing
- Report deployment issues and coordinate fixes
- Review and resolve incidents from operation alerts
- Perform traffic routing for infrastructure maintenance
- Raise and approve change tickets
- Create Confluence pages for work orders and incidents
- Deploy application artifacts to production environments
- Conduct root cause analysis for high severity incidents
- Support UAT testing and customer onboarding
- Build automation scripts to reduce incidents
- Participate in war room calls impacting application availability
