Job summary

This role focuses on developing and maintaining applications for payment processing and customer reporting within a DevOps team, ensuring the reliable handling of millions of transactions daily. Key responsibilities include acting as a Scrum Master, fostering self-organization, and enhancing automation processes to improve quality and efficiency, utilizing technologies such as Java, Kotlin, and Angular.

Qualifications

• Completed education or degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in software development, ideally with Java or Kotlin; knowledge of Angular is a plus
• Experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role in agile teams
• Willingness to contribute to both coding and team development
• Empathetic and communicative personality with the ability to identify and address challenges early
• Interest in modern DevOps practices, test automation, and monitoring
• Very good German language skills; English skills are a plus
