DevOps Engineer (m/f/d)

Job summary

The DevOps Engineer plays a crucial role in designing, building, and maintaining CI/CD infrastructure and cloud environments to support AI-driven solutions. Responsibilities include developing cloud infrastructure with Terraform, managing containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes, and enforcing DevSecOps practices to ensure secure and efficient deployment workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering
• Experience in AI/ML or data-intensive engineering environments
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps
• Proficiency in at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Expert-level knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation
• Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or equivalent languages
• Experience with observability platforms like Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK stack
• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and vulnerability scanning
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Fluent in English; additional languages (German, Spanish) are a plus

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI and software products
• Develop and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform and Ansible
• Operate and optimize cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Build and manage containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions
• Enforce DevSecOps practices
• Automate operational tasks
• Participate in on-call rotations and lead incident response
• Maintain technical documentation for infrastructure and processes
